Multi-viewport support, Live reloading, Developer tools integration, and Side-by-side layout are much help us when working with web-based software development project.
Integration with Visual Studio Code. I may complain too much as Polypane remembers URLs in its tabs.
Polypane is nice for advanced users
Comments: Overall experience is really good, I just checked it out and it's good but advanced for me.
Pros:
I liked the multiple panes, enables me to see all screens easily and at the same time. I also like that Polypane is generous, they run a student sponsorship that made me try their app
Cons:
It has a bit of learning curve that I think takes some getting used to
Great tool for developers to test websites

Polypane is a great tool for developers testing websites responsiveness, accuracy and overall look across different devices and interfaces. It also has tools for debugging code, it shows grids, multitab scroll and also lets you test light and dark modes. Polypane helps developers stay on top of productivity.

The development feautures were a bit technical and took some getting used to, but once i got the hang of it polypane became my new best friend.

Polypane review by UI/UX Designer
Pros:
I liked that i could check the website across different screens at once without issues. This sped up my developer review tasks significantly
Cons:
Other browsers are usually free, while i can't find extension for the feature i like yet, it may be available eventually. For that i think $9/month is a bit too high
Review of the polypane app
Pros:
The way it ease my task and saves time.
Cons:
For as long as i have used the app i have not seen anything i dont like
Excellent tool for UI and UX testing specialists to assess your website
Comments: Polypane enables me to rapidly discover size and alignment concerns at up to many breakpoints on a single screen. It saves a significant amount of manual testing time. It is quite beneficial for testing resources in my web development projects. I've also made it easy to work on numerous projects at once, even when I'm only using one screen.
Pros:
The capacity to handle numerous browsers in a single move and swiftly switch between layouts is enormous. The nice part about this tool is that we can test our websites on several viewports at the same time, such as desktop, mobile, and mini mobiles, all in the same app. It enables you to display grids, multitab scroll, debug code rapidly, and examine dark and light modes, among other media features that would be difficult to test in other conventional browsers.
Cons:
There should also be a specific page for performance testing on various devices; this would be more useful and developers will not have to locate additional tools for this purpose. It is a RAM-intensive programme, thus it can operate with many browser instances that are synchronised and simultaneously open. It's also a little pricey. There are various add-ons available that accomplish something similar but are less expensive.
The tool I've been looking for

It's fast and responsive compared to other offerings. It's highly customisable abd teh support is amazing.
Cons:
Some areas of the UI could use some polish

It does not integrate well with testing tools like Selenium or Cypress, so you have to resort to another browser for that kind of work.

Save Time, Ship Better Sites
Pros:
Being able to see all of my breakpoints at once in one browser is a game-changer. No more futzing with multiple tabs to make sure the site is responsive. No more surprises when you think a feature is "done done" only for someone using a different screen size to report a bug.
Cons:
The performance in general is great, but, of course, it CAN get a LITTLE sluggish if I'm viewing MANY breakpoints and am also using the inspector.
Great tool for quick visualization
Comments: Good, I'm waiting on the product to improve it's performances
Pros:
Really good to show all different screen sizes at once
Cons:
Sometimes has some annoying bugs, like it wouldn't go to a URL pasted in the URL bar. And it can be pretty consuming in resources (RAM)
Useful even for simple web-development !
Comments:
I'm a very basic user of Polypane and used it to manage the creation of my personal blog (using Pelican). It was the only browser that allowed me to live-preview my css/plugins change thanks to reloading features.
I have also been surprised by the "accessibility checking" features that are very useful.
Pros:
- "accessibility checking" features - Responsive workspaces features And all the small features here and there that are just pleasant to have.
Cons:
The latest update "Polypane 8" fixed most of the issues I had ! I still think performances can be improved but nothing important for me.
