I also rely heavily on the reporting tools which give me granular data on everything from ticket sales to session attendance. It puts everything I need in one central hub so I do not have to juggle multiple spreadsheets. > > **Cons**: Because it does so much, the learning curve is steep. It took me a while to really feel comfortable navigating the backend without second guessing myself. The interface in some areas feels a bit clunky and could use a modern refresh to match newer competitors.
