Good well respected reviews platform

Pros:

Helps with google SEO listings. Honest and well managed. Fair value for money. Great trust signal for potential customers. Review booster is great to encourage non ecommerce customers to review. Better value and in my opinion more reliable than trustpilot. Good split between company and product reviews. Gains useful feedback to help us improve.

Cons:

Some features locked behind an additional paywall. Reviews.io company pages can sometimes appear below Trustpilot's page.

Customer service had a hard time returning my money - bad experience

Comments: Poor customer service.

Pros:

Easy to use. Widgets worked fine on my website.

Cons:

Just use Google Reviews instead. I didn't like my experience with reviews.io

The Best review collecting software out there

Pros:

I have tried out almost every review collecting software out there and Review.io is hands down the best one. It's easy to use, has a great customer service department, and the design is clean and modern. I can't remember the last time I had to contact customer support because everything just seems to work and look beautiful without any issues at all. I highly recommend this tool!

Cons:

I would love to see more popup designs for displaying reviews.

simple and effective software for collecting reviews

Pros:

reviews.io is such a great software. I had run into a lot of problems with automating my review gathering process and was starting to get sick of it. From the moment I set up reviews.io, I was able to build a review database that has changed the way my business operates. The software interface is super simple and easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't all that tech-savvy. The customer service is excellent and their team always responds to questions in a timely manner I can't recommend this app enough to anyone who has been struggling with this review collection process!

Pros:

Review.io is hands down the best app I've found to collect reviews directly on site or on a landing page for my clients. The setup process is super easy, the interface is nice and clean, and it's incredibly efficient at gathering reviews for products. The company has a fantastic support team that is quick and responsive, which is awesome because not many SaaS companies are as responsive as they should be. If you have any connection with ecommerce get this app!
