Evaluating PhotoScape X

Comments: Overall, my experience has been very satisfactory and, let's say, quite good. I have been using it as an additional tool for not very technical image editing. It also helps me to take good screenshots, make collages and nice image compositions. I have been using this software since its inception (when X didn't exist yet). So for me, this software is always an "ace up my sleeve".

Pros:

Undoubtedly, what I like most about this program is the great level of editing it allows us to achieve. In it we can obtain very detailed results based on our design ideas and the objectives we seek to achieve. In addition, it is an intuitive software with a considerably good weight and can be used in different operating systems without any problem.

Cons:

As I mentioned before, the templates are too traditional for my taste. They should offer a more updated library of images and templates. After all, we design to show other people what we think. That's why we need to engage our audience, not bore them with outdated and monotonous content.

Pro results for non professionals

Comments: My advertising media has improved hugely since using Photoscape X: in fact, my pics are being used on the website of my professional body as a result, which is a huge honour and bonus!

Pros:

I'm no pro, but I can quickly produce top-quality images and ads for my business. A vast range of features, effects and tweaks allow me to refine my pics, plus tutorials and tips to get the most out of the software. I've improved my creativity massively since I started using Photoscape X.

Cons:

Sometimes I feel that I need more refinement with a few of the tools, although that could be my lack of knowledge and experience. Finding time to properly sit down with the tutorials would probably rectify my issues.

The view towards Photoscape.

Comments: I have always liked it, it was part of my youth and now I use it in my work. The functions have changed little so do a good job using it. It is nostalgic software.
From the access to the functionality of the photos, it is very good at showing all the photos in the folders present on the computer at the same time.

Pros:

The program is part of the software used since the beginning of the internet. At the time, one of the best possible tools to edit your photos. Its very ease of use is what continues to attract attention. The handling of the edition follows is fast and very understandable for all ages (something necessary in a world where not everyone has a computer knowledge). Each function is specially marked to stand out, so it is possible to use Photoscape without having knowledge of photo editing at high level.

Cons:

What I like the least is the functionality of the stickers, the letters or the lines that can be edited for the photographs. It is essential that a competitive product is present in the minds of the youngest, so that it is eye-catching.

PhotoScape X: Professional tool and beginner friendly.

Comments: PhotoScape X is one of the best free image editors out there. Very powerful and easy to use. I highly recommend.

Pros:

This is one of the simplest image editors I've ever used. It is very easy to learn and the UI is not overwhelming. In terms of editing, PhotoScape X is a very professional tool. It is very powerful and offers a wide range of tools and features for any skill level.

Cons:

There is really no cons for PhotoScape X.

Photoscape great program for basic photo editing

Comments: Photoscape is a handy quick image editing program like brightness, contrast and filter correction. It is a light program to load on the computer.

Pros:

I like the basic image editing options like contrast, brightness, blur. Forgetting is also easy.

Cons:

They could have more options for correcting defects such as removal of skin spots. better options for color correction. Could have option to remove background from image.

As its free's software have less option to choose from for filters and collages but for fun we cannot pin point this small issues

Cons:

If they could intregrate AI based features since it's the new trend the software will go on a whole new level. However it offers an outstanding experience and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to get stated with Photo Editing.

Lightest Image Processor With Heavy Functions

Comments: I was skeptical when this software offered to my desk for daily use until I try it myself, mostly for change dimension and size of many pictures, and batch processing to convert to other file formats. Some other software have similar function, but this one have the best speed.

Pros:

This software is lightweight and fast. I tried many others before, and now using Photoscape as one of my daily software.

Cons:

Simple image editing tools that come as a bundle of many functions. Some newbie in image editing might love it, but designers and photographers like me and many in my teams never use it.

Good app for free

Comments: I could do my job and all in all the results were great

I have used this software to edit images captured in my microscopy. The app is lightweight, run fast in my computer and the edit features available are enough if you don’t have professionals requirements. The app is very simple to use and the results are very satisfactory.

Cons:

It obviously lacks some more advanced edit features that are present in similar paid app.

Comments: Overall, Photoscape is easy to use and doesn't require studying hours to figure out. The options for editing are more limited than Photoshop, for example, but it gets the job done.

Pros:

Photoscape is user friendly and is easy for a beginner to learn. It's useful for editing photos and has some fun light filters and overlays that make editing faster and easier. Printing edited photos also turns out excellent.

Cons:

The free version doesn't have as many capabilities and options, obviously. For example, it's difficult to figure out how to edit multiple photos in Photoscape. I usually just edit them one at a time in the program. You can copy and paste previous settings, which is a plus, but it still seems to take longer in my opinion.

Pros:

It is a user friendly and easy to use software which has given many fun features and functionalities to edit my pictures and make collages from it. It also allows you to make posters and banners.

Cons:

You can not save your work in between if your software crashes all of your editing will be gone and you have to start fresh, which is quite annoying.

One of the best app for beginners

What I like the most about this app is it is very easy to use to edit pictures and create gif files. Definitely recommended.

What I like the least about this app is I took some time to adapt with some of the app's features. I have to use it regularly in order to be comfortable using this app efficiently.

There are a huge amount of unique and professional features that can be used in PhotoScape X. As long as you can see what you want to transform a picture into: with PhotoScape X, you can make it real. There is quite a large community of people to help with using the app if you do not understand something or if you want to find a specific feature. There are not many apps as professional as PhotoScape X which is free, but this one is.

Cons:

For a beginner in PhotoScape X, the interface and large amount of functionality may be daunting, and the chances of not being able to use the app to its full potential from the get-go are almost certain. Some of the features and editing categories can use some improvement, but for a free app, it is still above average.
