Architect 3D Ultimate: Interior, Exterior and Landscape design made easy.
Comments: Overall this is one of the most enjoyable software I've ever used. It's so satisfying how easy it is to create because of how simple it is to use. While it may not offer realistic renders, it is still prefect to create designs and base models. I make use of this software as a game designer and would recommend it to other game designers who would want to create amazing landscapes.
Pros:
What I love most about Architect 3D Ultimate is its interior, exterior and landscape design functions. It's actually the main reason I make use of this software because it is one of the easiest and most user-friendly when dealing with these aspects. I use this software to help me design landscapes and buildings for 3D games.
Cons:
Its rendering engine is pretty weak compared to a software like AutoCAD. The renders aren't very realistic and look very computerized. They don't make use of realistic lighting but it's still pretty decent.

Accused of being a software Pirate and having software disabled when changing PCs.
Comments: I enjoyed the overall experience UNTIL I was accused of piracy and the app was disabled. Then it became an absolute nightmare of trying to find any sort of customer service channel that I could discuss getting it reactivated. Its been over 6 months now and no joy. As for being accused of being a software pirate, that was just an insult. So in effect this lack of customer service experience has taken me from being a fan to being someone who would not recommend this product, not because of the product but because of the companies opaqueness and difficulty in constructively engaging with you clients. Almost tempted to get the ACCC involved if it wasn't such a pain. All I wanted was to be able to use the software I had paid for.
Pros:
I liked the ability to quickly build concepts and show them to family, friends an potential builders
Cons:
not very easy to change colours, limitation on block size and I stretched the performance and it sometimes hung

Comments:
The most horrific company to deal with and lack off integrity due to wrong staff appointments.
I would have loved to use the package. I recommend to fire the support team, they are useless and a shame to any company and does not deserve to be on any payroll. They were quick to take my money but does not present themselves as trustworthy
Pros:
Nothing to comment - Software not installable and no assistance from support. Support did not respond to 10 mails begging and pleading for assistance. The company was quick to accept money but this is where service stopped.
Cons:
No assistance from the most useless support service imaginable.

Licence not working after 6 months
Comments: No benefits realized as the product can not be used.
Pros:
Interactive, ease to use in the beginning. Unfortunately its stopped working
Cons:
Licence stop to work after 6 months and customer support ignores any attempts to correct this. Product can not be used as it states licence is used by someone else.

First impressions were good, but didnt last !
Comments: The promotional literature looked good and on first use seemed to do what I needed but the hours wasted due to crashes were not acceptable. The software is installed on a new HP ZBook 17 G6 with 64 gb RAM, 1.5TB drive space, NVIDIA RTX 4000 graphics, Windows 10 64 bit. There should not be any hardware issues, but the software is unstable and some times fails to run at all.
Pros:
Easy to use but disfunctional in areas. I find it hard to find anything to like.
Cons:
Crashes frequently losing all of input, very frustrating if you dont save regularly. Now fails to boot at all, just locks up.

Not as easy as it looks
Comments: This seemed like a great idea for small projects to show clients without spending a fortune, not worth the time and energy, I've worked with free products that are superior & I bought the ultimate package
Pros:
Seems to have a lot of features, versatile library
Cons:
Easy enough to do a 2d floor set out, not as easy as it looks to install windows doors etc & extremely frustrating trying to install a kitchen, it seems to have very little logic, cabinet sizes cannot be changed easily and it keeps putting items when it wants them
Facile à utiliser, rendu rapide, le client visualise son projet rapidement
Comments: Logiciel qui fait le job à petits prix, les clients apprécient.Temps de prise en main rapide puis on s'améliore encore au fil du temps. Certes, pas de communauté ni de formation coûteuse mais en fait, pas besoin, tellement simple.Peu à peu, on apprend à créer des objets ou on en importe. On peut importer des textures. Pour le rendu photo réaliste, je suis décoratrice d'intérieur et j'ai des confrères qui utilisent toujours des dessins en perspective sans ordinateur donc pas d'obligation à avoir un rendu exceptionnel non plus...Le tout, c'est d'illustrer ses idées efficacement et surtout d'avoir les bonnes idées.
Pros:
Facilité.On dessine les plans comme sur un papier sans se prendre la tête, très intuitif.
Cons:
Le rendu photo réaliste n'est pas encore au top. Ressemble à un dessin 3D.
