Comments: I liked it as we are not using different software for recruiting and onboarding it works for both also save a lot of space as its cloud-based

In HR we depend on various software for all HR departments however with the help of Naukri RMS we can do various tasks like recruiting, hiring and onboarding.

Cons:

There are a lot of spam emails and constant irrelevant job listing

Comments: It's mixed. Even though we use it to a good extend, we feel it need to have a lot of improvement.

Pros:

With the expertise in recruitment and related human resource management industry, they were able to provide one of the best available tools to us. It is a full life cycle tool that covers the whole process of recruitment.

Cons:

The restriction and the adamant character of the tool. The user has limited flexibility in using the tool as per its own policy.

Comments: A new KYC strategy is being developed; it will aid in the identification of fraudulent candidates in terms of employment and skill. recent software upgrade to its complete version.

Pros:

In terms of resources, their database is immense. We will be able to rapidly identify the candidate based on their competence thanks to the user interface they built.

Cons:

It costs more than other tools because there aren't many rivals. Moreover, they provide poor customer service.The marketing staff will use false assurance to trick the customer.

One of the best automated candidate search engines with tracking

Pros:

For starters, it offers a very user-friendly interface and a simple control panel to use and manage. We also do not need to install any additional software to use this tool as it is a web-based platform that runs on a cloud service. Also, the database is up to date and working. We can easily find candidates using automatic search criteria, providing excellent and relevant results from all over the country. Since it is a cloud-based platform, we do not need to install any software and we can access it through the internet. It facilitates end-to-end workflow management. It saves me time by automatically screening candidates and displaying the results on the left.

Cons:

With the exception of the search algorithm which needs improvement, this is a remarkable tool for end-to-end hiring management. Sometimes we get completely unrelated results. In addition, it is a great platform to manage the recruitment process. The web version is fine, however, the app is really confusing and inefficient. It does not always return relevant results based on our search. Its search algorithm can be improved.

Comments: For small business it's a best platform to start off. The platform provides lot of features to manage and handle your entire the recruitment process seamlessly. Their customized workflow options is a must feature to highlight and the referral program is a plus to their product.

Pros:

The UI and end to end work flow management is simple and easy to use. Automatic candidate shortlist and the number with result which appear in the left panel is a quick guide for to know the pulse of the search. It's a cloud based SaaS platform so we don't required to install any thing from our end.

Cons:

The search algorithm required improvement. Some times, we end up getting irrelevant search result. In-spite of providing the accurate keywords details, the search result is not up to the mark. The data need to be clean up on regular basis.

Comments: It's been a positive experience till now with Naukri RMS. The hiring manager workflow has put the RMS on an edge. The collaboration tools with predesigned EMail templates with various features has put this software in the top position except in terms of subscription price.

Pros:

1) It is the one-stop solution for all recruitment needs.2) They offer private, secure databases if you choose to give some extra money.3) Reporting and analytics is good in the platform.4) Customer support is good.

Cons:

1) The UI can be better on all the platforms.2) Increased the subscription price. Many of my friends are migrating to ZipRecuiter, Monster etc.,

It is the best recruitment software in India that covers the whole process of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. It helps to track our applicants, and manage interviews. We can also manage referral programs through its platform. Its UI is user-friendly and easy to use.

Cons:

It is the best recruitment tool in India but there are some areas for improvement like its mobile app is very confusing and didn't work properly. It gives lots of irrelevant results when we source for any particular skill. It is pricey.

Comments: It was quite good the only thing is that it does not have international reach and the need of additional software for international job postinfs are needed

Pros:

It has a huge pool of resumes and job posting is easy to do and sirt out by adding requisition numbers in job post

Cons:

The resumes sometimes would be outdated and not updated and profiles would show up that is quite old, and it can only be used domestically and needed to use additional softwares to cover international jobs

Pros:

I also like that it gives the user the ability to track which resumes have already been viewed. And UI, the advanced search is good.

Cons:

During the sourcing portion of our workflow, we do not connect candidates to a job right away. It would also be much more convenient to be able to save search criteria, compare resumes to each other, and couldn't be able to add candidates to Taleo in bulk.

Comments: We are solving the problem of keeping all our candidate's database at one place. If someone has applied to and came for the interview previously, then we know it immediately. We can check the candidate's feedback. It save a lot of time and trouble and prevent duplication.

Pros:

Naukri rms helps in automating the entire end your end-to-end hiring process. What I like most about this software is that it covers all the parts of a recruitment process right from the beginning to end such as sourcing, database, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding and so on. You can also manage your employee referral process from here.

Cons:

Its add on services are expensive including verification. So, it is best at an enterprise level. If you are already starting out, then this may not meet your budget.
