The best all-in-one solution for managing a high level real estate team
Pros:
What I love the most about SISU overall is it's ability to see the future. There is no ceiling and it integrates with everything it possibly can, making it literally the only option for a "one stop shop" in Real Estate management software. Outside of it's overall appeal, it's a tie between transaction management and agent accountability.
Cons:
I can't really think of anything, because if there is an issue/lack of functionality, the team at SISU fixes it quickly or creates it for you. So sometimes there are bugs, so I guess that's a "con" (but those happen with every type of tech, so...)?

Alpha Realty Team Review
Comments: Overall it has been a good experience. I am not a high tech person and I find this to be easy to use. Our setup has been great and our account manager Ty has been wonderful and patient.
Pros:
The ability to track production and transactions at a higher level. Allows us to run contests with our agents to help motivate

Sisu is Not my Friend
Comments: Sisu is marketed as an "all in one" dashboard that fails to live up to the marketing hype.
Pros:
In a perfect world, Sisu would be the perfect resolution to all of our real estate needs on both the agent and admin side.
Cons:
Not user friendly, difficult to connect with required programs such as Skyslope and Boomtown. Inability to function as marketed. Expensive.

New to the system
Comments: It's been good and easy to understand. I like the pop ups that display if something is missing to get to the next step
Pros:
The options for tracking and having access in my phone.
Cons:
It doesn't update as fast as I would like it to. We use Sisu to talk to another system and it takes time to refresh and see in both systems.
Great Product for Tracking and Accounting
Comments: This was brought to us by our broker and we were able to load all our past sales in order to see great reporting graphs and trends.
Pros:
We use this system mainly for accounting, commissions, reporting, and projecting and setting future goals. It has a lot of great features that can be set up ahead of time so you can just punch in some numbers and go.
Cons:
The sync we have set up with another system sometimes doesn't create the item in a timely manor or it duplicates it a lot of times.

I love Sisu!
Pros:
I love how easy the Sisu app is to use! I love having our brokerages dashboard available on display throughout our office. It keeps the competition healthy and everyone can see for themselves where we rank. We have also done contests with other Sisu users to see who has the most appointments set and met.
Cons:
sometimes my dashboard is a little glitchy.
Great Tracking Tool
Comments: Love it. Would definitely recommend it! It provides goal tracking opportunities and contract to close tracking which is essential!
Pros:
As a realtor, I love the ease of tracking that sisu provides!
Cons:
Many pages. Wish the icons were words instead of icons sometimes. Don’t like having to hover over them to know where I want to go.

It’s data driven, customizable, and supports every area of your business that you can think of.

I think it can take a little bit to get used to navigating through the system

Unfair Advantage
Comments: In my opinion, this is THE unfair advantage you owe to your team. dedicated customer service rep has been available, knowledgeable and always eager to push new capabilities of the platform tailored to my company goals. Sisu Mastery event is amazing!
Pros:
The ability to see pending commissions to make more educated choices about expenses as we are in growth phase, also tracking activities and clearly seeing if on pace or off. The ability to see quickly which metrics are off immediately tells a team leader what to coach on.
Cons:
Figuring it out to begin using it is more challenging than I budgeted time for - but that is 100% on me not making the time that I need to focus on it.
Detailed transaction management, great visuals, could improve user experience
Comments: Generally good. they keep rolling out updates, which help. Excited for the future and where it is going. Small user experience edits like those mentioned above would go a long way in increasing user satisfaction and ease.
Pros:
One of the best transaction management systems out there. It was sold to us more on the metrics tracking, but I find the transaction management side is used even more so, and is more valuable to our business operations. The metrics tracking is great though! Great visuals, dynamic tracking.
Cons:
Setting up goals takes a bit of trial and error. You have to do it in the 'right order' to get the numbers and percentages to roll out the way you are envisioning. I wish the transaction search bar was universally available. It takes too many clicks to find/get into a transaction, even when there is only one record match. The filtering/saved lists feature could use some work. it doesnt pull data well/ takes too much trial and error to get the needed results. If you know your client names well, you know if its pulling correctly or not. If you dont, you may or may not realized that the data set does or does not match. For example, it doesnt stack filtering requests well. / time/date filter functions have too many places to be changed that dont seem to line up with their data fields.When editing fields in a transaction, you have to scroll all the way down to hit the save button. It should just auto save. When building tasks, the description field cannot be expanded, so when you need to put in detailed descriptions or need to make an edit, you have to arrow over and it takes too long. Newly added tasks cannot be auto applied to existing transactions that their task lists are on. You have to manually remember to go into the transaction and add that step. this coupled with the time to takes to click into a transaction makes this process unnecessarily cumbersome. There should be an option when adding a new task to 'add this task to existing task lists on transactions?'

Sisu is great
Comments: My overall experience with Sisu has been a positive one. I love the feedback I get from most of my agents and I love the opportunity to give my feedback to Sisu. I think as soon as I can get my brokerage to fully grasp and utilize the client portal, we will change the way the real estate game is played in our region.
Pros:
I love the customization options that sisu provides. My absolute favorite thing about sisu is that they don't stop improving. They keep seeing areas for improvement and making those adjustments. I love partnering with organizations that are dynamic and never stagnant.
Cons:
The thing I like least about sisu is the exact thing that makes me love it so much. It is very customizable, which means people who don't take the time to know what they want to do may create something they don't like or get frustrated in the build out process and never truly give the product a chance. Finding a way to make this build out process easier for people lacking technical experience will be helpful.
One Stop Shop
Comments: Amazing! We use SISU paired with Follow Up Boss. The integration feature is fantastic and saves so much time. We track appointments, conversions, our transactions, payroll, expenses, EVERYTHING through SISU.
Pros:
SISU is a one stop shop for everything you need in real estate. Whether you are in operations, a team leader, an individual agent, or a coach, this program can do it all!
Cons:
For large teams there a few customizations that would be nice to have. It would be amazing if you had the option to customize your tracking of certain things in the commissions tab.

We like that it tracks everything, has graphs, and that it integrates with BoomTown.

Sometimes there are little glitches, but I guess that's technology!!

Comments: SISU is a great tool to track your tasks. It is also friendly user and can be a great source of information for listing managements and other agent transactions.
Pros:
SISU is easy to use and it prompts updates for pending and upcoming tasks.
Cons:
I think SISU is a perfect tool that sums up all your tasks but sometimes some of the tasks are not shown in one look, you were thinking there are no other tasks but the following day, some pending tasks are showing up.

Transactions Made Easy
Comments: My overall experience with SiSu has been wonderful! I love the product and would implement it further in my career should I ever venture out on my own.
Pros:
I have been administrative professional in Real Estate for 25+ years. By far SiSu is the best software I have used to date. Transactions are easily monitored at a glance with the use of pipeline and task list is extremely helpful to stay on top of daily tasks and as reminders throughout. SiSu enables you to keep all in one place which is very helpful with compliance. Commissions are figured and updated real time based on the transaction information. So many things to make the admin professional eye to light up!
Cons:
Would like calendar that populated transaction dates and linked to transaction.
SISU Review
Pros:
I love how intimately SISU allows you to look at your business. You boil down any one issue you're experiencing within your business and find where the bottle neck is quickly and easily
Cons:
The hardest issue with SISU is getting it dialed in to your exact business. They have an entire support team dedicated to helping you, but you can truly measure anything you can dream of, which creates some level of complexity within itself

Transactions for the Business Model at your fingertips
Pros:
I like that Sisu is designed to fit each business structure and allows for those transactions to be recorded based on each company. I am able to see if I am behind on my goals and where I should increase to stay on task.
Cons:
I don't have anything bad to say about Sisu.

Life saver
Comments: As a transaction coordinator SISU saves me time and keeps me from forgetting the small details. Once set up its truly a life saver.
Pros:
I like the customization capability and how we are able to integrate with our CRM.
Cons:
It's a lot to explore not sure I will ever have the time to fully explore all functionalities and use them properly.
All in one!
Comments: Excellent customer service, training and onboarding! They pros always looking to improve.
Pros:
We were able to get rid of 2 platforms plus excel/google sheets when switching to SISU. We now have our tracking, accountability/goals, and transaction management all in one place which is awesome!
Cons:
Still some bugs in the system when syncing with other platforms and just the useability especially in the transactions management.
