> **Cons**: Buyer Beware\!&#10;&#10;We had an issue where our team could not redeem the reward for new customers on one of our replaced clover flex devices. No big deal, we called clover support, they took down a bunch of information, and we waited for a reply. It went months and haven't heard a thing. When I called to check on the case number, they told me that it was closed. Pretty strange since no one called me and we were still having the issue. They reopened the case and we continued to wait, patiently. It got to be the 6 month mark and their solution was to reset the device. This didnt work so we asked for a replacement under warranty. We were advised that we were 2 weeks out of our warranty expiration\! Seriously?\! We gave the courtesy of giving their team 6 MONTHS to fix the problem and they won't honor the warranty?&#10;&#10;Fast forward a month and the more I thought about it the more angry it would make me. We are a multi-location business with many many clover devices, all of them work perfectly with the rewards program. I enter another support ticket, hoping someone will be able to help. I receive an email stating there is no item attached to that reward. Impossible since the other 20-some devices work just fine. I follow their steps and now we have 1 device that works and the rest do not\!&#10;&#10;I called support to bring this to their attention and they tell me they will get back to me in 3 business days. They do not care about the merchants. We WILL be switching to Square.

> The customer service is horrible for speed, we have an issue that has been in their hands for many many months, and advanced support is not able to solve it. Their Customer Support seems very knowledgeable about how to actually fix their own products.

> **Pros**: The Clover Flex handheld is the best\!  We use clover because they have the built in technology for cellular signal into there device.  Other competitors do not.  Works great for mobile users.

> **Cons**: Dashboard and menu items could be more fluid. Statements on the backend can be a little difficult to follow.

> Have had no issues with Clover.  Been a user for 2 years.  If your a mobile user there is nothing better.

> **Cons**: We can capture payment and redeem gift cards but cannot reprint receipt if customer takes both copies.  Does not show under transactions. It does not show sales and redemption of gift cards on settlement report. Would be great if it was intergrated.  Fyi we use Ackroo gift cards.

> **Cons**: The phone support is atrocious. Getting through to someone is a lengthy process and the technology doesn't always function as it should. My calls were disconnected and no one has ever followed up with me, so I go through the process all over again. It is still unresolved.

> Have made 4 calls with extreme wait times each time. I was tossed around from person to person and never got anywhere. After an hour of waiting and re-explaining the reason for my call, the line went dead. They ask for a call back\# in case you get disconnected but no one has ever called me back. I scheduled a call back and never received it.  It is difficult to communicate with many representatives. When you call, it is no surprise that they have to mention they won't tolerate abusive behavior. Very frustrating experience. There was a miscommunication and a device was sent to me in error and charged to an account that it should not have been charged to. When I called they said it couldn't be returned or refunded. When I got transferred to yet another dept, the line went dead. Now what?
