Comments: Although I am familiar with some of the components of this industry I have never managed my own business and so the right tools are essential for me to succeed. The Brush Your Ideas system has solved the problem of how to approach the market and offer what I hope is a winning concept for the future.

Pros:

I have followed the development of this type of online production software for many years hoping to incorporate it into a business of my own one day and Brush Your Ideas have finally made that possible due to the scalability of their product, I'm starting small but I know there is a great upgrade path for me in the future. The software compares well with any other product on the market but the team behind it make it the clear winner.

Cons:

The only thing I have found difficult has been my newness to the system but with the support of the rep and his team I have been on a steep learning curve and hopefully will prosper in the future.

Review of PrintXpand for Magento

Comments: I have had a great experience with PrinXpand in the last 3 years and credit their product and support for making my business succeed. I have concluded that the PrintXpand solution is more important to my business than any printing equipment we own. I consider the PrintXpand solution as the heart of my business and my printing equipment secondary to the PrintXpand solution.

Pros:

Over the last 3 years, the most important thing I like about PrintXpand is the technical staff that I have access to on a weekly if not daily contact as we continue to work on new features and application for new products. I have had only two different software support engineers in the last three years and I have really enjoyed working with both of them.

Cons:

Time Zone difference. I am in Pacific Time Zone and their support time zone is 12.5 hours different from mine. But I must say I have adapted to getting support in the evenings from as early as 7 pm, my time, and as late as 9 am, my time. We have even had support when needed mid day, my time, when it is mid night in their time zone.

Using printxpand designer tool in Shopify

Comments: The software is easy to use and it has integrated well with our shopify store.

Pros:

Professional service, the process was clear, they've always been available, despite the time difference. Their team has demonstrated a positive attitude towards problem-solving.

Cons:

Results were delivered, though some important features we consider crucial for customer experience were missing, which resulted in additional costs.

I really didn't find anything I didn't like about PrintXpand. Everything was well organized and met my expectations.

Comments: Overall the project is still not completed, bus so far I am pleased with the results. And I would recommend them.

Pros:

The speed of accomplishing the tasks. The flexibility that they provide. The communication is excellent. They work based on well known platforms, which are one of the best on the market. And they are professionals about the same.

Cons:

The software is never perfect out of the box and as advertised. Be prepared for a lot of custom work and additional charges, If you have a big project. However the pricing is OK.

there is nothing major that can be considered cons of disadvantage of PrintXpand, although we encountered decent amount of bugs and other issue but it got resolved on appropriate time so no major cons.

Pros:

We likes the systems capabilities, we had certain requirements that we needed that this system was able to fulfill them.

Cons:

Initially we had to learn the Magento system which was new to us, after some training and and testing, we were able to understand the system and now find it easy.

fast, reliable and high quality

Comments: We bought the design tool for our online shop and had it adapted to our needs. The tool meets our needs and the service was great. It was communicated quickly and implemented quickly. The communication was sometimes not quite right, so that additional costs were incurred for some modules, even though this was not apparent beforehand. Overall, we are still very satisfied and can recommend PrintXpand.

The service was very quick and always available. They tried to find a practical solution. The consultancy was great. The quality delivered was always satisfactory.

Cons:

In some cases, additional costs were incurred because the communication was not clear beforehand. Some features that we assumed should be included were also charged extra. The support packages changed during the project, which also resulted in additional costs.

Comments: The experience was certainly positive, there was understanding, speed and efficiency

Pros:

With this module we were able to integrate it and make it customized according to our needs. It allows us to integrate new functions without any problem

Cons:

I would say nothing since to date we have achieved what we asked for. Of course, we must say that we also did our part by interacting with our internal developers within our company. We also developed files that allowed us to integrate them into the module and enable our customization project.

Been using brush your idea service for more than 3 years

Comments: Overall I am happy with the company and our business relation, and Im sure we will be a customer for many years ahead.

Pros:

The company is very professional, from start end of each project. They always gives us exact time frame, and quote of price, and they always keep the deadline for completion of projects.

Cons:

Pricing can be a little inflexible some time, due to the fact that is hard to discover bugs in a modification / project directly, if then later find the bug it will cost some money.

Comments: The sales and integration process was really smooth and the delivered product was just as expected. The customer support team did a really good job with quick replies and investigation into issues during our back and forth while training and testing the tools. It will be good to continue working with them to improve the product once we come back with more user feedback.

Pros:

We were looking for a designer tool to launch a service that allows our customers to personalize our products with their designs and brush your ideas was one of the better ones that we could find. I liked that the designer comes with all the major features for adding text, images and art to a product and supports multi-side designs, making it perfect for just launching in the market.Integrating the tool into a Shopify site was also easy and was completed by their team within a number of days. I liked that the team was very quick to correct issues once we started testing the integration.I mainly preferred brush your ideas because they allowed us to purchase a full license at a reasonable price and host the tools ourselves, removing any kind of dependence on their team.

Cons:

The product is really suitable for just getting started because it has all the powerful features we would like to test in our nascent stage. However, over time I would be looking to improve a number of things. One of them is trying to reduce the friction introduced by having to direct the customer from the shopping site to the design tool and vice-versa which could make the experience annoying for the customer. Another is trying to improve the user experience on the Magento backend so that is more obvious to use with little training.

Personalization tool

Comments: They were very attentive, they answered all of my questions and made sure the product worked the way it should work. I would happily work with Nitin and his team. We are still in touch and we are looking forward to work on other projects as well. Thank you guys for such a wonderful service.

The software is easy to use, we integrated it with our magento 2 platform. The software does exactly what its supposed to do.

Cons:

For the total cost of the software i'm happy with all of the features. There is always room to improve in any software. We might work on the software again and upgrade it when the time is right.

Product Designer tool

Comments: When we started our business 15 years ago we developed our own product designer, but when upgrading to Magento 2 we started looking into tools already made. Our choice was Brush your ideas and we have no regrets at all. The customer service is top notch and every question or issue we have they respond very quickly and happily assist in solving it. We have made some extra development on the tool and they always do it at a reasonable price and time range.

Pros:

A very good product designer tool with a lot of features that suits our needs perfect.

Cons:

For our business we haven't found any cons yet.
