Nutshell includes many features at no additional charge, saving us money because we do not need to purchase them from other companies.&#10;Customer Support is USA-based and usually prompt.&#10;We manage newsletters, drip campaigns, follow-up sales emails, as well as pipeline and CRM, all in one tool.

We have outgrown the capabilities and have explored other options as this is not built for a service company (as told to us by our support team at Nutshell). This is built for retail, and any solution we have asked to have implemented has been met with "Nutshell isn't built for that, why would you want to do that" and it just doesn't fit our needs anymore.
