Not Intuitive
Comments: In addition to being a very challenging program, it was also very difficult to get tech support. They did try hard, but our clinic is in Canada, and the tech support was in Germany. So connecting with them was not easy.
Pros:
I can't think of anything I actually liked about this program. Our vet hospital used it for a little over a year, and it was very challenging. We have since switched to a different program.
Cons:
The program had no whiteboard function - which is essential where I work. It is not intuitive at all. Very challenging to learn and navigate within this program.
Good vet software
Comments: Overall this software is easy to use and navigate around.
Pros:
This software is easy to learn initially and easy to navigate around. It keeps all records in one place well.
Cons:
Only thing that I don't like so much about this software is that I find it difficult to input a new client.
Needs Improvement
Comments: It is fairly intuitive but has many tabs for a single patient that I find makes it more difficult than helpful. The scheduling part works great.
Pros:
Easy interface for daily appointments and hold a lot of information about client and patient.
Cons:
Manual billing makes it really difficult to work with, the gigantic amount of tabs makes it really difficult to find information about a client.
Har to believe big clinics use it.
Comments: Horrible, exhaustive, frustrating.
Pros:
To be frank, nothing, it could be just me but I got to the point I refused a locum work in a clinic when I found out they were using EasyVET, I really struggle getting around it. Finding information is a mission, it is all mixed up and takes a long time to get an overall idea of a case.
Cons:
Now I own my own clinic and dont have to deal with EasyVet daily, but just as an example; just getting notes sent from other vets who uses this software is enough to annoy me. Seems like the people behind has no idea how a vet clinic works and my felling is that bosses only migrate to it in an attempt to save some pennies.
Qualität Hotline, Kosten
Comments: die Qualität und Betreuung ist leider immer schlechter geworden, es gibt viel Überflüssiges, für kleinere Praxen inzwischen wohl eher ungeeignet
Pros:
Da ich schon lange Kundin bin (über 20 Jahre) habe ich keinen direkten Vergleich, damals gab es noch nicht soviel Auswahl
Cons:
Hotline ist immer weniger qualifiziert, dauert oft endlos, mit vielen Rückfragen und auch Fehlern, manche Probleme waren nicht dauerhaft lösbar, bei Beschwerden wird man gefragt, ob man die Wissensdatenbank dazu nicht gelesen hätte.. wozu brauch ich dann noch eine teure Hotline?

Comments: in 3 Praxen mit diesem System gearbeitet, viele Dinge zusätzlich buchbar, viele Schnittstellen
Pros:
sehr altes umfangreiches System mit vielen Verbindungsstellen
Cons:
sehr teuer, sehr steif in der Anwendungsebene

Pros:
Lijkt heel mooi. Tot je er mee gaat werken/ wilt instellen. dan loop je tegen veel punten aan die niet goed zijn/ niet handig.
Cons:
slechte begeleiding bij overstappen en geen enkele goede hulp of begrip bij aangeven van de problemen.
