Their support is virtually nonexistent, and after months of emails, we are still waiting for a resolution to ongoing billing issues. Despite following their cancellation process, we were still charged, and getting a refund has been impossible. Our account access has already ended, yet Zen Planner continues to ignore our emails, providing no clarity or resolution. The platform is not as intuitive as advertised, and simple tasks like issuing refunds or managing memberships require excessive steps. If you want reliable customer support and transparent billing, avoid Zen Planner at all costs.
