> **Pros**: It is purpose-built for board and management reporting, so expect to see most (if not all) the functionalities you need to manage your governance reporting. The app has a modern feel to it, and also available in mobile phones and iPads, which come very handy. Fully self-serve, we’ve been able to try and use it straight away. Minimal efforts needed to implement. It’s the best value for your money. The other solutions I’ve checked were extremely expensive.

> **Pros**: Super easy to use, intuitive and self-serve. You can start using it without having to book a demo or speak to a sales agent. The Ai is also  quite good. It helps a lot when drafting messages for the Board or Committee. Transparent pricing, you know right away what you are paying for without having to negotiate with a sales agent. Team is pretty responsive to ticket requests.

> **Cons**: Not much I can think of. We are a medium company (200 employees), with a moderate requirement. It's serving the purpose so far.

> **Pros**: It steamlines the board reporting process. It has end-to-end workflows, from report review and approval, to the actual board meetings (digital board book). Also, AI is a big help in writing board reports and in writing meeting minutes. It's easy to use, and it gets more things done than the previous software we use, for less cost. Our account manager is very responsive and helpful.

- Very easy to use.
- You know exactly how much you'll pay as it's available in their website.
- It is a next gen version of Diligent and Board pro.

> **Cons**: - It is still relatively new. Cons, there isn't a lot of reviews online. Pros, the founder is quite hands-on when it comes to our customer feedback and they move fast.
