Blackhawk Does Not Disappoint!

Comments: We've been using Blackhawk for many years now and I love the consistency of their products and service. This is hard to find nowadays, especially with all the cybercrime taking place these days.

Pros:

I love the ease of ordering. The website is very user friendly and the service is very reliable. I love that you can customize the cards and the amounts. This is very important because a lot of other companies have set amounts and that doesn't always work for our purchases. I feel confident that my orders are being processed securely and that Blackhawk is doing everything possible to deter fraud. Our orders are always accurate and on time. Plus they have great customer service and completely dedicated reps.

Cons:

I can't think of single negative thing to say about Blackhawk. There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this company.

Comments: I have enjoyed ordering from them, especially compared to the previous gift card vendor that my company used. They are friendlier, faster, and more responsive. All excellent qualities! Their method of delivering digital gift card codes is fast, reliable, and secure. I felt very comfortable and confident when placing my order and I will order more in the future.

Pros:

I like the speed of their service and I like the flexibility of their offerings (digital vs. physical gift card options).

Cons:

My least favorite thing is not their fault necessarily, but the cost of shipping physical gift cards is excessive. Blame UPS!

Solid workhorse, gift card vendor

Comments: I need something like this for my company 2 - 3 times a year. Overall, from the selection to the checkout and the secure delivery, I am satisfied and would continue using them.

Pros:

There is a wide selection of gift card images and options, with the choice to select the exact amount you want for the value. The card fees are reasonable, but probably on par with other similar vendors.

Cons:

The cards are paper, but I would like to see an option for plastic. Additionally, we did not go for the custom option as there was concern for lead time it would take prior to our event.

Quick & Easy Visa Card Order

Comments: My overall experience was great. The card codes were easy to retrieve & arrived sooner than expected.

Pros:

The card codes arrived much sooner than I anticipated, earlier than outlined on the website.

Cons:

I thought the directions were a bit more daunting that the actual process. I was a bit worried it would be confusing to order the cards after reading the instructions, but it proved to be very simple.

Blackhawk Network is the best for all your gift card needs

Comments: Easy to order, fast shipping. I can always expect the same service every time.

Pros:

The cards still have $ on them and the website is super easy to use.

Cons:

Not one thing. The variety of gift cards is good, the customization available is good. I really can't think of anything negative.

Comments: Excellent from day 1. My account rep has always been there for me, and customer service is excellent. The shipping is also very fast.

Visa Gift Cards

Comments: Customers have no problem retrieving their digital cards.
Great customer service.

Pros:

If you follow their web site directions easy to use. Their customer service rep [sensitive content hidden] is fantastic.

Cons:

Cannot renew expires cards. But we did receive credit to apply to new cards. This practice is good for retention.

Great service once your account is set up

Comments: Overall, I had a great experience. Despite the issue I experienced with missing my account setup window, I was able to contact customer service to get a new link. They did not respond the same day, but when I followed up the next day and explained that I was working on a time-crunch, they were almost immediately responsive and very helpful.

Pros:

Blackhawk Network is very easy to use, and the variety of electronic gift card options is great.

Cons:

When you make your first order, later, you are sent an email to set up your account, which is only active for 24 hours. Ideally, I would like to be able to set up my account right away or at least have the link last longer than 24 hours. I missed my 24hr window and had to reach out to customer support to get a new link.

Comments: My experience with Blackhawk was straightforward, with clear instructions and a secure checkout experience.

Pros:

Navigating the site was very easy, it was organized making my search easy to find the products that I needed in ample time. The search function is also another to that help locating products quickly.

Cons:

My experience with Blackhawk Network has been smooth, with the only suggestion being to improve how e-gift cards are emailed. Perhaps separating the merchants in the Excel file could enhance the process.
