Pros:

The most impactful feature on Okx in my opinion, is the ability to cancel transactions within one minute of initiation. This feature has saved a lot of money and unnecessary stress.

Cons:

Although this is an almost unimportant feature, I think the design and layout of Okx website could be better. Plus, the navigation there is a little bit too tasking, especially for new users.

Funds Blocked and Unresponsive Support on OKX

Comments: I am left with no choice but to warn others about the potential risks of using OKX. If you value your funds and want a platform that provides responsive and transparent support, I strongly advise considering other options.

Pros:

For nearly a year, my funds have been unjustly blocked on OKX without any valid reason. Despite providing all the required documents for KYC verification, including an official bank statement with my full name, address, transaction history, and official stamps, my verification has been repeatedly rejected without specific explanations.

Cons:

I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue with OKX support, but my efforts have been in vain. My requests are met with automated responses, and the support team fails to provide any clear guidance or assistance. This lack of communication and transparency has led to severe personal and financial difficulties. It seems that my situation is not unique, as other users have reported similar experiences where their funds were suddenly blocked, and no documents were accepted. This raises serious concerns about the integrity and reliability of OKX as a platform.

Comments: Overall, I am impressed with the rapid rate in which OKX has integrated additional features. For example, Jumpstart has just been launched. I honestly believe that OKX is going to do even greater things. Never had an issue, excellent exchange!

Pros:

OKX exchange is very easy to use. Further, they have a large variety of services that users can benefit from. In cludes, but not limited to, automated trading bots, copy trading, margin and leverage trading. New users have the chance to learn on their platform as OKX provides educational content. Also, they have a demo account option, this allows new traders to test their platform risk free. They are keeping up to date with listings, and the team is constantly innovating - very impressive.

Cons:

Multiple TP's would be nice for traders. This can be done via API connection with such platforms as 3Commas (which they are partnered with OKX). However, it would be nice to have this integrated on the exchange its self.

Underrated OKX

Comments: Overall experience in using OKX is totally nice because it is 2 in 1 I have wallet and exchange fast transaction.

All the features are inpactful, self explaining, very easy to use, nice analysis on the PnL aspect in the portfolio, sends messages of new coins to be listed and when to list them. Updates you on major coins movements if you're a trader, that's something to look out for
