Each individual has their own specialties. The same team who helps prepare \& implement the new EMR are the same who come in to train, and the same you communicate with moving forward. > > **Cons**: Providers have found the entry of clinical documentation to be extensive and confusing. Training new providers takes more time than expected. There are features that we wish to use but are not able to without additional purchase. The development team is continuously working to better the the software. I hope in the future the clinical (Azalea) and the PM sides of the EMR come together more so we the financial/ledger data can be shared on both sides. > > We have enjoyed working with the Harmony team; they are dedicated to training and assisting. Providers need additional time and training to understand all the nuances within the system.
