> **Pros**: Easy to use format for basic use, but no longer available so now nothing to like, and currently moving over to square appointments much fairer plans etc

> **Cons**: The companies deceptive and missleading business practices, and agressively rude communication style. no longer includes any  basic plan available for sole traders just wanting basic features.

> Dissapointing. Unfair and unsolicited charges. Missleading and deceptive conduct. Not to be trusted. Have contacted my clients in Australia asking for tips, random charges processed that did not exist, promised free forever accounts for initial features such as calander bookings and unlimited reminder texts, to foundational early members 8 to 10 years ago that they are not honouring.

> **Pros**: Easy to Use. Didn’t have the option to turn off market place and we have to stick with the 20% referral fees unless we quit using Fresha.

> **Cons**: Regarding theft of service, we are unable to process the payment without client provide us a security code sent to their phone. The system should provide more protection to us as a business owner. If we require their security code to charge their card, then it didn’t make sense anymore. I wasn’t aware about this issue because normally small amount processing was working fine, until we had a more premium service like hair extensions required payment over $1000 and client did a runner, after that I realised we won’t be able to charge her.

> **Pros**: I compared a few different booking systems before settling on Fresha. I chose them because they are one of the more cost-effective alternatives on the market and provide a very seamless customer experience. The app really looks beautiful, so I knew it would be a nice experience for customers. The Fresha team also seem to be working on the app software in the background all the time, and I appreciate that they're always looking for ways to better the experience for businesses and customers.

> **Cons**: All businesses using the Fresha software are visible via the app. While this is great for other businesses to get more visibility, it's one extra step for customers to look up your business in order to book through the app. I'd also prefer if the cancellation policy could be more tailored rather than one, flat policy. 50% within 24 hours, 100% within 4 hours for example.
